After obtaining her first degree, Éva worked as a junior research fellow at the Research Centre of Natural Sciences, Institute of Organic Chemistry of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences for 5 years. During her PhD studies, she conducted research in new types of hydrogenation catalysts made of non-metals to replace the commonly used but toxic metal-based catalysts. The findings of the research were published in numerous highly rated scientific journals.
Since 2017, she has been a freelance Chemistry tutor assisting and coaching people to prepare for chemistry exams from high school to university level, and preparing foreign students for the entrance exams of Hungarian medical universities.
