Besides teaching at McDaniel College Budapest, György has also been working as an English teacher in Katedra Language School since 2010. Between 2011 and 2017, he was a lecturer at the Budapest Business School teaching General English and English for Special Purposes.
He has also been involved in volunteer social work at different civil organizations.

Before joining McDaniel College Budapest, Eszter worked at the Institute of Foreign Languages at the Technical University of Budapest teaching English and Russian for special purposes (1981-1990). After that, she worked for the Ministry of Culture and Education as a free lancer dealing with projects for higher education. Later, she was employed as a translator and interpreter by Inter Europa Bank.

Ildikó MEGYERI
Education:
MA in English and Russian – Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest, Hungary, 1973
She also participated in various workshops teaching English for Academic Purposes and developing materials for teachers. (Budapest, Newcastle, London, Edinburgh)

Employment:
Adjunct Faculty member of the Pre-Medical Track at McDaniel College Budapest - since 1990

She has been in charge of supervising the content and the implementation of the course material since the start of the program. After graduation, Ildikó worked as a high school teacher. Then, besides teaching at McDaniel College, she was a lecturer, teaching English for Special Purposes at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics between 1985 and 2006. Since 2000, she has been an accredited examiner for the Language Centre of the same university.

Éva SÁNDOR
Education:

She also participated at different training programs including a three-month training for bilingual teaching.

Before joining McDaniel College Budapest, Éva worked as a high school teacher at different high schools. For more than twenty years, she prepared students for IB diploma. Besides working as a teacher, Éva organized study tours for students to the UK, the USA, Belgium, Russia, Estonia, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, France, Norway.

Since October 5, 2020 the education at McDaniel College Budapest has been online. We have successfully conducted our online instruction both in the two-semester and in the one-semester Pre-Medical Track this academic year. Even though we are committed to continue our instruction on campus in person when circumstances permit (hopefully from September, 2021), we will also offer the possibility to complete the whole course online.
