Employment
Adjunct Faculty member of the Pre-Medical Track at McDaniel College Budapest – since 2023
After obtaining her first degree, Nóra started teaching English at The Reformed Grammar School of the Theological Academy and Comenius Teachers’ Training College in Sárospatak, Hungary. Then, for a year, she moved to Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, where she worked as a teacher and translator.
After returning to Hungary, she became a freelance teacher employed by various accredited language schools in Budapest. She was the head instructor of English in Than Károly Eco-School, Secondary Grammar and Vocational School, Budapest between 2008 and 2019. Since 2019, she has been the faculty member of the English Foundation Programme at the Department of International Relations Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest. In addition to teaching, she has participated in several training programs in Great Britain, Ireland and Scotland, and worked as a camp counsellor in the USA.
She is also a certified tour guide in English and Russian and a certified life coach, and she has combined working in these fields with teaching in her career.
